These panels are brand new, never installed. Story is they were part of an insurance claim. I suspect a tipped container as some panels had to be sorted out due to physical damage. Because of the story there is no guarantee of a factory warranty, we provide a 1 year warranty to make sure you have time to get them unpacked and tested in case we missed anything.
With Bi-Facial panels the ideal scenario is a ground mount where plenty of light can enter between the bottom of the panel and the ground, so it can bounce off the ground and provide some illumination to the backside. Personally I like the bifacial panels due to glass being on both sides, one of the main failure points of a solar panel is the backsheet and glass is historically great at keeping moisture out! Keep in mind if you do plan to mount these on a roof they are larger than a typical panel. The 525W rating is just the front side, if you can get some light to the back you’ll get a bonus on top of the front side rating.
With a 30A Fuse rating you can put two of these panels in parallel with a branch connector without fusing. Beyond 2 panels you should use a 20-30a fuse/breaker on each panel or string being paralleled.
Shipping:
I can ship if it’s at least 10 panels on a pallet, contact me via email with your zip code, if it would be delivered to a residence, and if you need a lift gate to get the panels off the truck. I can let you know what freight is. If you are looking for a full pallet there’s another listing that has freight automatically added at checkout.
