The Megarevo R8KLNA is an 8,000 VA Hybrid inverter which is almost as flexible as something like a Sol Ark. It is roughly the same as a Sol-Ark 12k in specs.
As opposed to an all in one such as is common with Growatt or MPP Solar this inverter can feed power back to the grid as required. It is in fact on the list in California as an approved device and is UL Listed under the Megarevo brand name. My utility here in Texas references this list for grid support inverters that are allowed.

Why go with this over a less expensive all in one?
With CT’s placed correctly one can zero out the electric meter on those big motor loads while supplying backup power to the smaller loads. Great for time of use rates.
The cooling in this inverter is setup so that air flows across metal fins but not across the circuit boards gunking them up. This should increase the useful life of the inverter without needing to disassemble the inverter for cleaning every few years.
